The employees are all very friendly and cooperative. The room is brand-new with photos to prove. Their breakfast option with different options for food is above average, put others we have been to shame!

We can only recommend the staff as well as the ambience. our room was divided on two floors. so that each of us had his own shower. rate 100%.

My wife and I stayed for one day and have enjoyed every minute. The staff was always ready to answer your questions with smiles! We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, however, the staff was very hospitable and asked as to have a drink and join the lunch buffet while they clean the room. Although the hotel provides free drinks, breakfast, Lunch and diner, their excellent and generous dishes are never empty. They provide different types of food at different places. If you don't like buffet food, there are other two restaurants where you can get excellent serviced food for free. Soft and other all type of alcoholic drinks are available most of the day for free. I will definitely revisit and recommend it to friends.

The food selection & the food quality. There could be problems if you are an vegetarian . Then inform the hotel in advance , they shall prepare something for you.

The nightly shows were a highlight, especially the pool party that kept our kids entertained. The late check-out option allowed us to enjoy the hotel facilities until the very end of our stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Persented food was in a good quality. The hotel has a very large and green territory.

The room was comfortable, with clean beds and pillows. Evening entertainment offered great variety each night, with shows and live music suitable for families.

The safety around the pier is concerning, especially with young children jumping from heights.

5 stars hotel？　Service level is low. Reception is rude. Service for meal is poor, noisy and no relaxing.

It is a good hotel, not 5 star by UK standards but good none the less. There is plenty of food choice and you can always find something good to eat. The fridge that's included and stocked in the room is a great touch so were the flowers and fruit on arrival.

Would be good to have more UK language TV channels as well as pay per view movies.

Rooms were far less than 5 star hotel quality. Food is far less than 5 stars quality. Entertainment was poor

The price had included everything (food, beverage, facilities, ...etc). The place is well maintained and nice.

Room Service (Cleaning) was not good. The varaity of food was not there so we were getting the same food every day very small changes in the menu.

Food variety, facility entertainment , easy access to sea

There is a variety of foods, but quality is poor. The free internet in lobby or paid wireless internet in room is a disaster; it is very difficult to connect to any of these networks. The room is not clean and equal to a motel room quality for a price of $ 270 per night , you can notice that maintenance in the room and around the facility was never conducted including (landscape , room furniture , elevator ,etc ) . The hotel offer a family entertainment which was attended by kids under 11 years and contained many sexual contant without any notification to parents in the theater. Unless you are planning to spend the 24 hours on the pool ,without internet access and scarify on the room quality, service and food quality for an average of $ 270per night . The hotel is not worth the money .
